Eupomatiaceae
Native to eastern Australia and New Guinea where it grows as
an understorey in rain forest and wet sclerophyll forest. Glen (2002) does not
record this species as a cultivated plant in southern Africa but there is a tree
growing in the Company Gardens, Cape Town.
