Distribution extends from Richmond in
KwaZulu-Natal to southern Mpumalanga and Swaziland,
where it occurs in grassland on moist, stony ground.
Flowers are a deep yellow, dotted or streaked with red
or orange. The perianth tube is 44-70 mm long.
