Galeomma oculus-cati
Prostrate annual woolly herb with stems up to 2 cm long.
Recorded from the Calvinia and Sutherland regions on rocky slopes, sometimes
in dense patches. Flowering recorded September to December. |

Galeomma stenolepis
Small annual woolly herb forming dense mats up to 15 cm
across. Widespread in Namibia and the Northern Cape. Easily missed because
of small size. Grows in seasonally damp places such as streambanks,
depressions, valley bottoms and around pans. Flowering recorded nearly
all year round, seems to be mainly after rain. |
