Recorded from Madagascar and the east coast of South
Africa, as far south as Port Elizabeth. Found in the intertidal zone. |

Lissoclinum bistratum Widely
distributed, from the tropical Pacific Ocean to the tropical Indian Ocean.
Within South Africa, it has been recorded from Sodwana Bay at a depth of 19
m. |

Lissoclinum capense Collected off
the Cape of Good Hope at a depth of 318 m. |

Lissoclinum cavum Recorded from
the Cape coast, South Africa. There is a doubtful record from Namibia, and
it has also been recorded from Madagascar. |
