Small beetles (6-8mm) with domed elytra.
Rostrum (snout) varies in length and curves downward. Adults fly well and chew
holes in leaf surfaces and feed on sap. Larvae develop in various parts of
plants, fruit and seeds and pupate in either the plant or soil.
